Ok so in the end, the agent finally called in the afternoon to say the deal was off, sellers don't have the cash to buy their condo, taking their hdb off the market blah blah blah...
But it doesn't matter anymore -
cos' over the weekend, we bought our dream place !!
Wednesday we're going to exercise the option for it - stay tuned =)
